The staff visited Lyla at home and took her out for an hour's walk, which mum greatly appreciated the chance to have a short break.

I have seen first hand how good the care is here, when my mum was here. Everyone is very caring and cannot fault my stay here.

The individual care given by the staff is fantastic. They come to home and look after Kimberly, play with her and take her out for walks. They are all kind, caring and very professional and are helping me under very difficult circumstances.

Because from the start everyone has been so caring. I have not had to worry. I know I can press my call bell and you are there.

Very friendly staff who always have plenty of time to care for the patient.
Suggested improvements
The only thing that could be done better is providing physiotherapy for the patient when he comes for respite care.

The expertise of my therapist - Donna. Her kindness and concern for how I was feeling and how my husband, for whom I care, was getting on. Also, her willingness to arrange appointments which were most convenient for me. A wonderful service which has been truly beneficial to me, I only wish it could continue on a regular basis and for which I would gladly pay
